My Story

I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant working with new and growing families since 2001.

I became an RN in 2000 with the intent of becoming a midwife. After working for several years as a postpartum nurse, childbirth and postpartum care doula and experiencing first hand how to breastfeed my first child, I discovered that my true passion was supporting new families in achieving their feeding goals.

I work with diverse communities in Hospital, outpatient, NICU, private and community education/breastfeeding support clinics.

My Philosophy

I am committed to providing nurturing, evidence-based support, personalized to meet your needs. Working together, we will create a plan that best fits your lifestyle, preferences and wishes. By sharing my knowledge and technical skills, my goal is to empower you with the necessary tools needed for a successful feeding relationship with your baby.
